The first semester establishes a comprehensive foundation in modern pharmaceutics, featuring courses like Modern Pharmaceutical Analytical Techniques, Drug Delivery Systems, and Regulatory Affairs. Students also engage in Pharmaceutics Practical I, providing essential hands-on experience in formulating and evaluating pharmaceutical products.
The second semester builds upon foundational knowledge by diving into specialised areas such as Molecular Pharmaceutics, focusing on Nano Technology and Targeted Drug Delivery Systems. Students also engage with Advanced Biopharmaceutics and Pharmacokinetics, alongside Computer-Aided Drug Delivery Systems. Complementing the theoretical learning, Pharmaceutics Practical II provides hands-on experience in innovative drug delivery methods and formulation techniques, ensuring students gain practical insights into the evolving landscape of pharmaceutics.
During the third semester, students participate in Journal Club activities and commence their Research Work, focusing on Research Methodology and Biostatistics. This semester highlights critical discussions and presentations, fostering research skills and innovation, which are essential for their final dissertation project and future roles in research and development.
The final semester focuses on completing Research Work, where students engage in Journal Club discussions and prepare for their Final Presentation. Co-curricular Activities enhance this experience, ensuring students develop the skills needed to make significant contributions to the field of pharmaceutics.
