In the second semester, students advance their understanding of business with core courses in Cost Accounting, Business Environment, Business Statistics, and Environmental Science. These courses equip students with analytical and environmental perspectives relevant to business. Mentoring and Professional Development continue, helping students build career readiness and professional growth.

The third semester covers critical management skills with courses in Management Accounting, Mercantile Law, and Human Resource Management. Indian Economy is offered as a general elective, providing economic context to business operations. A Skill Enhancement Course on IT Tools for Business and e-commerce introduces essential digital tools, and Mentoring and Professional Development support ongoing personal growth.

Students in the fourth-semester study Corporate Accounting, Company Law, and Income Tax Law and practice, expanding their knowledge in specialised business and tax law areas. The general elective Entrepreneurship Development fosters entrepreneurial thinking. A workshop on Computerized Accounting offers practical skills, rounding out this skill-focused semester.

The fifth semester focuses on financial management and taxation with core Financial Management and Goods and Services Tax (GST) courses. Elective options include Accounting and Finance and Banking and Insurance, allowing students to tailor their studies based on their career interests.

In the final semester, students deepen their knowledge with Industrial Relations, Labour Laws, and Operations Research, which equip them for complex organizational challenges. Elective options remain in Accounting & Finance and Banking & Insurance, and students complete their degrees with specialised knowledge suited for various business roles.
