I am pleased to announce that Rayat Bahra College of Law will be introducing a new LL.B. (3-year) program from this academic session. Since its inception in 2016, our college has been committed to providing quality legal education to students from all sections of society and has consistently set high standards of academic excellence. Currently, the college offers a B.A., LL.B. (5-year integrated program) with an intake of 120 seats. Affiliated with Panjab University, Chandigarh, and approved by the Bar Council of India, RBCL has established itself as a premier institution for legal studies. Our college provides state-of-the-art facilities to foster critical learning and research, upholding our vision of leveraging legal education to shape the social, economic, and political landscape of the nation by strengthening the legal system in constructive ways. The paradigm shift in legal education in Punjab over the past two decades has made law a preferred choice, not merely an alternative, for students—a change driven by the efforts of the legal fraternity and institutions like RBCL.

I am dedicated to transforming the educational environment at RBCL in line with the New Education Policy 2020, ensuring the best possible setting for our students' holistic development.
